Shipping policy
Orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 5pm/17:00, except weekends. All shipments are tracked. We do our best to deliver orders as soon as possible, but still due to COVID-19, there may be unexpected delays.
In the following scenario’s, please contact our customer service for a possibly claim.
Lost order
- An order is lost when the package never confirmed “delivered” within two weeks for NE and BE. Four weeks for international orders.
Stolen order
- The order is stolen if the package is “delivered” on the tracking number, but the customer never received it. We suggest you to wait 5 business days. Stolen orders must be filed within 15 days when it was confirmed “delivered”
