We do not allow returns in the following cases:
- Products purchased during a promotional period
- Products received not in original condition
- Products with any markings or damage
- Products that have been used/opened If your package arrives damaged, please contact us (email@example.com) within 48 hours with images of the damage.
Return your order within 14 days after receiving package. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the returned goods do not meet the above conditions, we have the right to refuse the return.
You can return your product within 14 days. The amount will be paid back with Paypal.
Lost items through carrier
Contact us as soon as possible if you doubt your package is lost. Once purchased items are shipped, responsibility for the items rests with the carrier. Therefore Ohnetic will contact the carrier for you and track the items. We will come with a solution for you!
